Rivcott Cotton Gin

Custom designed dual sliding entrance gates featuring laser-cut branding for Rivcott Cotton Gin in Carrathool.

Project Scope

360 Protect collaborated with Rivcott Cotton Gin to design a distinctive entrance gate system that combined security, functionality and strong visual branding.

The project involved designing and fabricating 16-metre dual sliding gates with rolled arches and heavy RHS steel construction.

The gates incorporate the company’s logo and name using laser-cut lettering and motifs, creating a visually striking entrance feature.

Automation is provided by FAAC 844 series gate motors, with access via card reader, intercom and loop detection systems.
